Nedbank, just another *********** business

I am absolutely stunned at the level of unhelpfulness and incompetence of the nedbank customer service, the *****ic advice, slow response and ultimately being told there is some form of error on their system (hours after enquiring), just reassures me in my decision to move to FNB. Absolutely shocking service
