Nedbank, jokebank

Absolute shocking service or should I say no service at all . I received an email from MFC stating that if I opened up a nedbank account a bundle account I would have 200 paid onto my account every month until my vehicle is paid off so I thought why not so off I went to nedbank on the 16th of November baring in mind it is now the 18th of December and while I was there I decided to open up a credit card and have an overdraft on my account as I have never had either of them. Now over a month later and I'm still waiting to find out if I have been approved or not after going to the bank three or four times and spending at least an hour each time I was previously with capitec of which I've decided to rather stay there now and every time I went into a capitec branch it took me five minutes or less, I can only thank my lucky stars that I did not switch my salary into the nedbank account as if they can't do this simple thing for me I would hate to see what they would do with my salary. I have now given up and would rather forfeit 200 and just carry on with capitec as I have lost all patience now with nedbank I cannot understand how it can take a month to get approved to have a credit card and an overdraft and yet it took me a day to find out if I could get financing when I bought my car one other thing to mention is that the app is totally useless and after spending hours on on end trying to figure it out on the phone with nedbank call centre going into the bank to try and set it up I have still not gotten it right if I could give nedbank -5 stars I would but it's not possible thanks for nothing netbank
