Nedbank Jabulani mall sucks

Nedbank at Jabulani mall is a disaster, they're taking people for granted. The attitude the they give to us as clients and all of them decided to remove their name tags just when l approached their manager who also couldn't explain to us, why are we waiting for long. In an hour time, they only served one client and I'm talking about the full staff branch having their staff roaming around. Please check on to this poor service that is rendered there always
