Nedbank Jabulani mall is horrible - Please do better!

I’m very unimpressed with Neman’s Jabulani Mall. This is the second encounter like this and more for my mom. There’s always a supposed shortage of staff and the service is slow!! They have no one at the cards and collections desk and just have every client in one long line regardless of what you’re here to do or ticket allocation! Their screens are decietful as they read 00 people waiting in line when I’ve been here from 09:25 and it is now 10:00 and still not helped. Just to collect a card! Ridiculous! Companies tend to give poor service when in the township and that mentality must change. I’ve never been to Clearwater or Fourways and found such!
