Nedbank Ixopo branch incompetence!!!

Around 2019 we went to Nedbank,Ixopo branch to get my grand pa's bank statement since there's been funds that went missing from his bank account. The only response we got was that the bank statement was going to "cost" us since we wanted his 2017 bank statement from the bank because the funds that went missing were his retirement fund. We only got promised that the "manager" will see through this matter but it's been many years still we haven't seen the "manager" and his money is still unaccounted for!!!!

I'm reporting this incompetence and *******ion because what was done to him was extremely horrible
