Nedbank is worst to bank with

Not long ago I wrote a review regarding the failure of nedbank to get my debit and credit cards to a branch before it expired. I received my credit cards and it is almost a month and I still have not received my debit cards. The fact that no one has contacted me shows that Nedbank does not value their clients. I have called the complaints department and even they are inefficient as it is one month and my card is still not with me. Nedbank unreliable, makes promises they can't keep and no interest in maintaining stardards. Their bank charges are ridiculous for the pathetic service offered. In fact if anyone has to ask me if I will recommend Nedbank, I would say "NO".
