NEDBANK IS WORSE

I have been with Nedbank for a very long time until they ****med me in Dec 2022 I send money from my nedbank account to my old mutual account which i normally do .the notification was there and the money went our. Then I did not get the money after 3 days I called the consultant told me I should wait 3 days . 3 days later I checked my app only to find out the money is under failed transactions but did bot reverse back to my account. Later I called the consultant agree that she can see I must wait 3 days it will reflect I am still waiting today and I called many times they tell me that they can't do anything since the money is not showing on my transactions .
