Nedbank is very disappointing

I am really disappointed with Nedbank. I got a home loan with them in December and that have been double debiting home insurance. Called to cancel and they recalculated my home loan but they debiting the same amount they been debiting. Also the refund was not received. I have been sent from pillar to post. Nedbank insurance and home loan departments very disappointed. To think I wanted to use them as bank where my salary gets paid
