Nedbank is uses

Nedbank is completely useless, I have made a payment use my Nedbank card, the payment is not reflecting on transactions, but the amount went off my account. The recipient is requesting proof of payment, Nedbank cannot provide me with the proof of payment.

On the date, I was asked to wait 48 hours, yesterday I was asked to contact the recipient to check their suspense account. Recipient asked for proof of payment. Nedbank cannot provide proof of payment yet the money is out of my account.
