NEDBANK IS USELESS WITH THE WORST SERVICE!!!!

After making a payment on my card. it has been 3 days and it has not gone through yet. The money is no longer in my account but the payment has not gone through either. Call centre - called 7 times. I either get cut off or they just transfer you or put you on hold for 40 MINUTES! THIS IS THEFT!
