NEDBANK IS USELESS, NEW CARD DONT WORK, NOR APP, NOT EVEN THE HELP LINE
New card doesn't work, hows that possible, i got the card just yesterday. The helpline doesnt work either, been on the call for 3 hours but no one can help. Do i have to beg you when i want my money?

14 Oct 2019, 15:21I went to the branch again but no luck. The app requires i use my personal nedbank details but I only have a business account with you. I tried linking on internet banking it doesnt work, i tried id.nedbank but still it doesnt link. All consultants i called they hung up or ignore my call when they cant assist me. Its a business account where i have to constantly change my limits, i cant go to the bank all the time, to change limits. Assist my profile is ***
