NEDBANK IS USELESS - DO NOT USE THEM

We have a home loan account with Nedbank over 20 years. Now changes was made under our account with no feedback or help form the Home Load division. You hold on to phone them for more than 30min to speak to somebody and then you get cut of. I need help on my account. How am I going to do it..... The only way is to cancel my debit order and get a 100 phone calls, because now money talks. NEDBANK IS USELESS - DO NOT USE THEM
