nedbank is useless

i have been unable to access my internet banking, or my banking app. ive been to the branch and i was told to call the call center, i called the call center and was advised to go to the branch.

I have emailed my business banker, she does not respond i have called her over 50 x and the call gets killed.

ned bank is the worst bank ive ever dealt with in my life please can someone assist me in getting my money and closing my account.
