Nedbank is useless as a online service, no ability to email querries

no way on the contact us page is there an option to email my query, nobody in the branch can help with EFT payments to pay off credit card, you have to call in to there call center and get transferred to 3 different people to get where you would like to be, but this is no guarantee you will get what you need, the person on the phone got my email wrong as i received nothing, they could not get me the EFT details over the phone and this would be tedious to even get it over the phone, Nedbank fix your **** man, consider me a gonner once my credit card is paid off and i plan to do this in 1 payment asap
