Nedbank is useless and inconsiderate

At this point I wish there was a no star rating for Nedbank, my account was blocked without notification, I was forced to go the branch and I was told is because of FICA which was done in May, the consultant did the FICA but apparently they cannot unblock my account, I have to wait for God knows how long, while I can not access funds, they don’t care if you don’t have food or electricity, I have a month old baby I can’t even buy medication while my money is locked for no reason
