Nedbank is Useless and Incompliant

I am a nedbank a client I made a credit card application which was said it takes five days to complete till today the is no relevant explanation on what is going on, the consultant who was helping me Sabathile Luthuli a layer who's running away from my calls laying to her colleagues saying shell call me and she didn't for five days. Last time I spoke to her she said "her manager and her were escalating the application" since gone I never heard from her and her useless manager until today. I went to the complaint department of nedbank they said 48hours to attend to the complaint ccm***5 till today I have never got a call from the agent who deals with my case nedbank doesn't have manager the run away on a sight of problems and don't services the clients who get paid fat salaries and bonuses. As I was writing this review the consultant who was helping me called and told my application was declined because of my score card lying again in Experian Bureau I'm over 640 point to be exact My Credit Check were nedbank goes they gave people lower than this a credit card. When I called on Friday her colleagues it was declined because of missing documents of which I gave all documents on the 14th of this month. Even at this point this show nedbank as a week, useless and *********** Bank why? it took nedbank two weeks to see that the were missing document or that I don't meet their qualifying criteria yet the same day their saying I was declined I got the message from nedbank saying they are relooking my application where is the truth in all of this.
