Nedbank is useless

Nedbank is the most useless bank, I have been dealing with their branch in Maponya, I have dealt with 3 consultants and their branch manager Depaak, Tshepo, Thabang is the most useless banker I have met, he doesn’t return calls, emails whatsapp text worst part of it he will read and not even bother to answer. As small business man I went there with hope that they can assist with a product or solution regarding my business and cash flow challenges I have... cut the long story shot I app**** for my bond to be moved from standard bank with hope to access capital that can be reinvested into my business to date I’m still waiting for feedback, I call calls are not being returned I’m just not valued as client there... I have gone through serious cash flow challenges. It would have help to say no we cannot help you instead of making wait when go the to the beach it’s one word answer we waiting for credit I will call tomorrow and they don’t call when you call no answer text no responds. I have lost hope please close my bank account let me take my business elsewhere both my business acc and personal I want closed the only that will remain is Credit card coz it’s owing and MFC accounts the rest please close
