Nedbank is useless

Nedbank is by far the worst bank to do business with, I blocked my credit card with them after loosing the card,it has taken 4 months to try and get a new card,which you can't order from the branch in east london, you have to call using your private phone and they tell you to go update your details in the branch which I have done numerous times and still it is not updated ,and according to the call centre they can't help you if your details are not updated what a load of **** ,never have I ever had such terrible service,I advise anyone with dealings with nedbank to look for another bank!
