Nedbank is useless

Its been almost a week since i spoke to Nedbank where things where escalated to a manager to look into whats going on. They would have called me the later the day or latest the next morning. No reply , no mail, no call just like the previous month. Take peoples money from there account that you have not given consent and just like that you have to be happy this is sh#t service if you ask me. Nedbank is a joke they cant provide any signed contracts for the alleged account or anything. On there system it shows debt written off but still they keep on taking money of my account. They are useless when it comes to sorting out problems.
