Nedbank is Useless

Poor service on the 12/05/2025 we went to Nedbank to withdraw money from our club account but we were told the account is blocked and we must return with constitution and minutes of the club, today 13/05/2025 we went back to Nedbank to submit the documents they asked us to bring, we arrived at the bank 12:50 but we had to wait for an hour for someone to help us. After submitting our documents we were told the account will be opened after 2-3 days because head office must verify the documents, our problem is we need money urgently because we are saving money for funeral expenses. I am very disappointed with Nedbank
