Nedbank is Useless

I am trying to close my Credit card account. Starting on the 6 December 2023 , paying the settlement amount until today 14 February 2024 nothing was done.

Can somebody please help me - Every time they tell me they will close the account but the next month they still charge money for the account. They even promised to repay the deductions and to close the account again.... again the same thing. What is going on - CLOSE my account
