I’m very disappointed at the level of service this institution offers to its clients. I have an issue I have been trying to resolve and even though I’ve been to the branch on numerous occasions, having made a few calls hours on end, 60 days and counting, I still do not have a response as to whether I will be assisted or not. Whenever I visit the branch I’m told to call a certain number and I stay on the phone for hours without anyone answering. I have also tried engaging with the institution’s Twitter account only to be informed that ‘someone’ will get back to me but that has turned out to be a lie. I am disgruntled and appalled to say the least.
