Nedbank is unreliable and ***********

Last week Friday I received a notification that my account was deactivated due to FICA, mind you this account receives payment every month. I went to the branch to unblock it and replace my card, it was only unblocked for a day. On Sunday evening when they put in the card charges the account was blocked again, I contacted Nedbank on Facebook, they told me to wait 2-5 working days for the FICA department to verify my details, but I'll still receive payments in the meantime though I won't be able to withdraw them. Today I didn't receive my payment, it bounced back when I called the customer care I was told my account was further restricted and I can't receive any payment and my account is blocked. Today I didn't get paid because of the incompetence of Nedbank. You should reconsider using Nedbank as your main bank as they are *********** and unreliable, now I'll have to wait for another months to receive my payment for something that isn't my fault shame on you Nedbank
