Nedbank is unprofessional.

I opened a Savvy account about a month ago. Apparently the person that opened my account did not onboard me correctly.

I found out a week ago that my account was "pending activation", I had to reach out to Nedbank as I could not use the money in my account. I was told my account was not FICA'd so I needed to go to the branch.

It took them 2 business days to activate my account and that meant I could not pay my bills, on time and make purchases.

I have not received an apology from them in that regard which is so unprofessional.

Luckily I did not close my previous account, I will revert back and continue using FNB.
