Nedbank is ********* and decietful

Nedbank are *******. I have a bond for the past 8 years and have defaulted on my bond. I was busy restructuring my bond so Nedbank held off on the auction. During the middle of the restructuring, I got a buyer for the property. I notified Nedbank 2 months that I needed settlement figures. They gave me a Huge figure but refuse to give me a breakdown, showing me how they got to that amount.

As soon as my transfer Attorney contacted Nedbank requesting the settlement figures, Nedbank proceeded with application to auction the property Unless I sign admission of debt for amount they have given... without a breakdown of settlement.

Nedbank was so happy to restructure my bond, why.... Already benefited from 7 years repayment to estimated value of R400 000 Plus Sign me on for another 20 years higher interest rate. .
