Nedbank is trash

I went to an ATM to deposit R200 and the system rebooted and did not return my money and the deposit was unsuccessful. I logged a complaint and they said the would get back to me, two week late still nothing. I call and I’m told its been decline because they didn’t find extra money in their ATM. So I’m not getting my money back, this company will literally rob you without even hiding it. I wonder how many people this happens to
