Nedbank is trash

I’ve reported a lost card and requested for a new one about a month ago . Til this day my card hasn’t been delivered . Whenever I try to call and find out , I’m always told that my card is still at the production vendor. I’m so fed up with the service that I’m receiving at Nedbank . Does it make sense that I’m supposed to be without a card for over a month . I wouldn’t advice anyone to join Nedbank because in my opinion; it’s honestly the worst bank with the worst service ever !!!!
