Nedbank is totally and utterly USELESS.

Here is how truly pathetic nedbank is. I opened a business account online. Then I got a call to add a personal account. Few days later I get a call to collect the cards for the business and personal account.

This was in February or March. It is now end of November I have no account cards. Nothing. I have emailed the individual that assisted me at the branch and nothing. Don't bother calling the Tzaneen branch 99% of the time. No one will answer. Walk in it's almost empty and the people are never there.

Thank you Nedbank for making sure I never bank with you.
