Nedbank is *****S !!!!!!!!

I went shopping on Monday 3 Aug 2020, and swipe My Nedbank card. First transaction was declined on the Credit Card machine. I swipe the same card again and the transaction was successful. When I got at the office I see the transaction went off twice accordingly the sms's recieved. I phoned the Retail outlet and said please check on your transaction report if the amount went of twice on your side. Wednesday 5 Aug 2020 the Retailer phoned me back and said the transaction only reflects once on there side. I also notice on my bank statement one transaction. but there is still a difference off the the other amount of R118.40. I phone Nedbank call centre, to trace what happen to the R118.40, I must pay R145.00. What a JOKE!!!!!
