NEDBANK is the worst-listed my credit card as not paid yet it was paid

Nedbank send me an SMS to me that my credit card was in arrears yet I made the full payment on September 28 and they were saying that I should pay-they have reported the non-payment to credit bureaus. I called them to clarify and had to wait for more than 20 minutes before being assisted. Nedbank send an SMS to apologise for the wrong SMS. But what about my credit record. Why list the payment as in areas when it has been paid in the first place. Please fix my credit record ASAP
