Nedbank is the worst company

Nedbank call centre is the worst. Firstly they know nothing about there products. They don't know the waiting time for a refund. They know how to waste a customer's time. I was there last week cause they charged me for a third card that I didn't have. The agent advised me that the money will be in, in 3 days.. Guess what the money is still not in. Please people stay away from Nedbank. They good for nothing. I am really thinking of changing my bank.
