Nedbank is the worst Business banker ever

I opened a business bank account with Nedbank in June 2019, my account number ***. This year(2021) after having banked with them for 2 full years, a client payed into the account an outstanding invoice, when I got to the ATM, I found out that my bank account had been closed. I immediately contacted the bank via their call centre, the lady on the line was rude and not at all helpful at all. I requested that the bank account be reopened as it was only closed for less than a week at that time.

She refused, long story short. Now on the 27th November 2021,a lumpsum of money was paid by the department of Labour for Covid19ters into this account. I am unable to get access the funds as the account remains closed. The Covid19-ters portal does not allow for the company banking details to be changed or amended. I am frustrated and so are my employees who were hoping to pay bills with this money. Now I have to explain to the employees that their money has been eaten by the bank. What angers me is that I had tried to remedy this situation well in time, because I knew that DOL would eventually pay out the claim. If you want to open a business bank account rather use the other 3 bank never Nedbank. they will close your account and not even bother to inform you.
