Nedbank is the worst bank with the poorest service

Nedbank is the worst bank ever. I have never in my life dealt with such *********** call centre agents at different departments in one company. They blocked my active account which my salary gets deposited into for the past 2 years then when I want to know why I cannot access my account the call centre agents send me to the branch. The consultant at the branch speaks to another *********** person who still doesn't give me answers on why my account is blocked. They keep referring me to a legal department that does not answer the phone.

On my payday I do not have money because of this bank and no one can give me a valid reason as to why and they cannot tell me when I will get my money.

This has been the worst experience of my life and anyone opening an account with this bank with regret it. They do as they please with your money and do not even inform you or give you answers when you want to know why unauthorised transactions are done on your account.
