Nedbank is the worst bank to bank with on earth

Yesterday at 19:18 I made a cash deposit via ATM in my account, got an SMS with available balance updated, I went to an App the money was there…..I slept knowing I have money in my account….In the morning I went out to the restaurant for breakfast, got my breakfast now I am about to pay the bill, the card is declining…went to App to view what’s happening there was no money….call my professional banker more 6 times, phone is ringing and she never answer my call….went to the ATM to check and try to withdraw, money is showing as available balance but failing when I am trying to do a withdrawal….went inside the bank at Woodlands I was informed the money hasn’t been cleared….l mean how because it was a cash deposit on the Nedbank atm…..I have never been so embarrassed in my life…now I ran out of options have to make calls for people to come and rescue me because the waiter is waiting for the money of my bill……had to wait for 2 hours because the person who could help had to come very far to pay for my bill…..I have never been so inconvenience in my entire life especially when I know and had seen that I had money on my account…..If you want the most inconvenient bank ever, bank with them…..I will never recommend Nedbank to anyone I know in my life…
