Nedbank is the worst bank to bank with

On the 15th of November 2022 I deposited R3600 for my rent only to realize that I had a scheduled payment of R4600 for rent. I called Medbank immediately & asked them to reverse this amount Nedbank said they can't & that I should ask the landlord to pay it back. I dud that but the office was closed so the landlord said I should go back to Nedbank to reverse it. I called Nedbank & I was told that I'm going to be charged R390 for a recall be it successful or not and told me it will take 7 working days and four working days if successful. I don't havelney for groceries, no gifts for mu children during this festive season or money for January all thanks to Nedbank.
