Nedbank is the worst bank that ever existed . They ***** and won't take responsibility for their incompetence

No amount of words can put into play the service I have received from nedbank. They incorrectly debit my account for an amount of 373k .yes. that whole amount. One of their agent incorrectly loaded a debit order and forgot to add decimals. I have incurred bank charges of over 11k consecutively over the last 3 months because not only did they try to take this amount once but 3 times . January . Feb and March.

After numerous calls. Being left without any funds to fend for myself and 4 kids. I get told sorry mam. Your refund is declined because the bank statement you sent in isn't enough proof to show you inccured these bank charges.

The mental strain this has caused myself and my kids. We have been without food. Electricity and I can't even send my kids to school cause why . Cause nedbank takes people for a joke. I get a nice email to say sorry mam... you can starve some more.
