Nedbank is the worst bank on the market!!

Nedbank has been giving me the worst service! I told them I have been hacked, they suggested I reset my pin, I did that now I can't use my money app. I go to the bank today to sort out the problem, called customer care after, went to the bank again, called customer care again and after all that running around I still can't use the app. Its month end now, my bills can't be paid and all they do is give me the run around. I am sick of nedban****!!! Sis
