NEDBANK IS THE WORST BANK IN SOUTH AFRICA!!!! ESPECIALLY FOR BUSINESS!!!!!

PATHETIC SERVICE!

HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO BANK FOR OVER A WEEK…. ONLY REASON BEING, I GOT A NEW PHONE! Nedbank App Suite not working…. Have not been able to approve payments since FRIDAY last week….. I have called my banker everyday, I have call the transactional banking call centre line everyday…. And spent over an hour on the phone last night/early evening…. And still NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beyond furious.

FNB is definitely light years ahead as far as technology goes.

I WANT ANSWERS.

I have lodged a formal complaint with Nedbank now as well. STILL NOTHING!!!!!
