Nedbank is the worst bank in SA

Nedbanks sms system is the worst in the world . Your messages only come through the next day if it comes through at all , and they update the balance ( in YOUR account ) once a day. So if you thought there was money in the account , wait 24 hours and check again. I now have an outstanding balance in overdraft, because of their system , and I never signed for an overdraft . They can't send me a copy of the contract to prove I signed for the overdraft facility , I have to go stand in a bank ,( that I haven't wanted to deal with because of their unprofessional and *********** work practices ) , for hours, to go and prove them wrong . And the bank charges are just piled on .I said I will pay the money I used ( in their overdraft ) and they said I must pay the charges as well . DON'T BANK WITH NEDBANK . The proudly South African Bank Nedbank will do what all other South African institutions do , ROB YOU BLIND , and smile while you being reamed . I just want to pay my debt without the charges and close my account .
