NEDBANK IS THE WORST BANK EVER!

This is the worst bank ever! I have signed up for debt review beginning July. The process was completed and the debt review company started debiting my account on the 20 th of July. All creditors were notified. All creditors adhered to the process except Nedbank! Nedbank debited my account on the 30th of July and even though myself and the Debtreview company phoned them, no refund was made. I specifically asked the Nedbank consultant to stop my debit order. Which he promised he had done. Then yesterday on the 28/8 Nedbank debited my account again! I am now far worse off then before debt review. I can't belief Nedbank can just ignore the law and do what they want! This is ridiculous.
