Nedbank is the worst bank (********* and unexperienced consultants)

On the 30 Dec 2021 I received a debit order of R160 from Nedbank when I called them them they advised that on the 09 December 2021 I withdrew R340 however they say I received R500 which is not correct because on the SMS I received that day and on my bank statement it shows R340 they also failing to provide with proof that that I received that R500 they only telling me about the notes that I received that day.

I regret why I joined this bank
