NEDBANK is the worst bank by far
I am so appalled with the level of service I am getting at nedbank, my credit card has been frozen now due to FICA documents which I have submitted. I went to submit again today but I have to wait 3 days for my account to be frozen. I have never ever received such poor service from a bank before. I had the same issue at FNB and my account was active immediately. I am so disgusted and regret even opening another account with NEDBANK.
