Nedbank is the worst bank!

Nedbank is thee most unprofessional and inefficient bank to have ever existed.

I was a private client of Nebank but was so frustrated with my bankers lack of communication and respect to the point where I had to leave the bank. I told Nedbank the reason for me leaving thinking that they cared about their clients and would have the matter resolved but No- that was not the case.

After 5 years of leaving Nedbank and coming back I was given the same banker and guess what, they still had not changed. I emailed her manager to ask for help and there was no response from the manager.

Furthermore, their nedbank app did not work and none of the consultants knew how to help. When I tried calling Nedbank I was often passed around from person to person . I was also told inconsistent stories each time I called. I ended up not calling to avoid wasting my airtime.

Overall, its clear that Nedbank does not try to treat customers fairly and with respect. My experience with banks suck as Investec, ABSA and Standard Bank were very different.
