NedBank is the worst bank

We have been having mysterious debit orders of R99.99 since since the year 2018 December. I have been given the run around and my account is still being debited to date. We are unaware who authorized this debited order and this is pushing to to the edge to escalate my matter to the Banking Ombudsman. The ref number of this debit order is ALLAGESLIFE00107. I am unsure which language I must use to get this matter resolved as it is rather frustrating and I am thinking of taking my business to other banks, as they might do a better job.
