Nedbank is the worst

even 1 start is too good for you I am really disappointed by the service we have been receiving at Nedbank lately especially when it comes to Club accounts.It seems you guys are going out of your way to make things difficult for us yet you still continue to open them for reasons I don't know.

Recently I went to your branch in St George's and got there at 12 only to be told that the teller is on lunch. Imagine lunch at a bank?Yet other services are continuing as per normal. Why would you not announce changes like that like that once the cash teller is on lunch then services are on hold till they come back. We waited for her to come back at 12:30 only for her to arrive at 12:45 we only got services at 13:30 only to be told that we have to go to a different line for statements yet we mentioned when going in that we need cash and a statement. We were then told that we needed to do Fica but cannot do it at that branch but in the branch we opened the bank in years ago.Make that make sense you guys use the same system we did not even get notification that we needed to Fica nor were we told when that would need to happen.The lady told us we needed to go to the branch and make an appointment then only we can go back to do Fica imagine we have jobs to go to.Your service are getting poorer by the day and all you care about is making sales because this lady kept asking us what products we have.You guys need to do better otherwise you just need to discontinue clubs because clearly you don't want our business.
