Nedbank is the WORST!

Nedbank is that kind of bank that would have you seeing a the****** because it will make you lose your sanity. They have a thing were when you pay their accounts in full they will do the following:

On the personal loan They will ask you to request a settlement letter before closing the loan. Mind you the loan balance on their app is R0. When the settlement letter arrives it says I’m owing R112.72 which is their insurance plan amount.

On their credit card I’ve been trying to to close this fully paid account for 10 days. Now they have deducted R266 from the account, which is for their insurance and interest charged on a fully paid account.

Since Nedbank does not respond on this platform, I am writing this review to advise people to not take any type of loan with Nedbank. I have decided to close all my accounts with bank. They are honestly the worst bank in this country.
