Nedbank is the worst

I was at Grand West taking out my child when I realised that I cannot use my own money. When I reached out to an agent reporting this she told me my account was blocked due to FICA documents and that I can only activate it if I go to the bank with my documents. On Monday I went to St. George’s branch in Cape Town with my documents and the lady told me that it takes 72 hours to activate. It is now way past 72 hours and my account is still blocked. I chatted to another agent now who has asked me if I followed up with the bank (follow up to do their job). There was no communication prior blocking my account and now I must chase Nedbank and remind them that I exist and I need to use my money. This is so frustrating and hurtful
