Nedbank is the worse- Pathetic service

I called earlier to what a disgrace- was send from pillar to post and the voice promp service doesn't work at all. You pressing your moer pap to select a number. My personal loan was supposed to end this month September 2022. Due to the payment holiday, it's been extended to an additional 4 months and will only end April 2023. Could "arrangements" please give me a call ASAP to clearify this. From 3 months to 7 months, this is really ridiculous.
