Nedbank is the worse bank ever

Worst bank ever . I deposited R1500 on Saturday and R1130 on Sunday and today is Monday now the time is 15:50 And still my account not credited with the cash deposit . I deposited it to help a friend who is in hospital for a surgery . What’s the use of a bank if you can’t use your money when you needed it the most . But Nedbank is too quick charge you penalties if u over due or insufficient amount . But if they don’t pay out the money what I have deposit then there is no compensation for it all they say is we busy with ur case

Worst part is they don’t even know where my R1500 is they can’t track it . I have the sms and I have to open the case to search for my money . If u can’t run a bank please close it .

People better use FNB or Capitec .

Nedbank charges are higher than other banks too
