NEDBANK IS TERRIBLY SLOW AND OUTDATED

Guys, your customer service is really bad at your branches. It's not the staff, it's more of the old system you use. It took me 2 hours to open a bank account. I was actually there to. collect a card I app**** online for only to take 2 hours I'll never get back and told yet again that I need to wait 3-5 business days to get. Please visit Capitec Bank, just visit it, and try open an account or any other query : they are super effecient, and their service strategies works impeccably well. Learn from them, heck even copy them of you will. Capitec opens an account same day, in less than 30 minutes. On the spot. Even Tyme bank is fast. No 3-5 business days. I couldn't believe it, I had to wait in line AND spend hours for one simple (well complex with you Nedbank) card. No guys, please improve your service delivery.
